What is the UXPH Conference 2020?

The UXPH CONF, now in its 5th year, is a 2-day online event filled with talks and workshops for Experience Designers, enthusiasts, and problem-solvers.

This year, we look back at how designers adapted and thrived when the way we work and go about life was transformed. Looking to the future, what can we learn from their experience? How can we help our teams navigate the constant change in the world as we design products and services that have a lasting impact?

We invite you to join us this November 14 and 15, 2020 in learning from and connecting with leaders in the local and international UX community, as we cover research methodologies, design management, design methods, and many other topics to help your teams grow as professionals.

Who can attend the conference?

The event is open to UX practitioners and enthusiasts new and seasoned, and all over the world! If you love design or are curious about it, this event would be a great place to start and get inspired.

How do I buy tickets?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, GCash transfers, and bank-to-bank transfers (Philippines only). Click here to buy tickets and follow the instructions provided.

Do you have bulk discounts?

After the Super Early Bird sales, we offer bulk prices to groups of 10 or more (the price will equate to the Super Early Bird tickets). Purchase must be made at the same time. Stay tuned for more details.

What do I need to access the virtual conference?

All you need is a screen (laptop, desktop, or smartphone) and stable internet connection to access the virtual conference! The event will be hosted on a virtual event platform where you can also interact with fellow attendees.

Will the conference be in English?

Yes. The entire program is in English.

When will the schedule be posted?

The team is currently working on bringing the best roster of speakers in the next few weeks. Stay tuned! We'll be following Southeast Asia GMT+8 timezone.

What does a conference ticket include?

Your conference ticket includes access to:

  • All talks, workshops, panels, resources, and social sessions on Nov 14-15. Recordings of all talks will be made accessible even after the conference until December 2020.

  • The UXPH Conf 2020 Slack group where you can engage with the speakers and connect with fellow attendees.

  • Access to exclusive perks and content outside of the main event!

  • A very special segment at the end of the conference. You're going to want to have good audio for this! 🎧

  • E-certificate of attendance to UXPH Conf 2020.

  • Digital Swagbag filled with exclusive discounts and promos from our partners.

Will the talks be recorded / slides shared?

Yes, all conference talks will be recorded and made accessible once the conference ends. We will also share the respective speakers' slides if they allow it. Please do not ask the speakers directly for any of these resources.

What's the cancellation / refund policy?

We don’t offer refunds but you can transfer the ticket to a colleague or friend. Please email us about your ticket transfer request at conference@uxph.org. Any ticket transfers must be made at least 48 hours before the event starts.

Can I still purchase tickets on the same day of the event?

Tickets can be purchased up until November 12th, but you're going to want to prepare for it and get familiar with the platform ahead of time. Don't leave this till the last minute!

Will you provide a certificate of attendance?

Yes. Stay tuned for more details on how to receive one after the conference.
